Soul Of Asia : Day 2

Today we're gonna explore 나미 섬 (Nami Island)...러브 아이렌드. Follower of K-drama will definitely familiar with this island. This is the location of Winter Sonata that has became a phenomena in 2002. Besides the popularity of the drama, Nami Island also keep it's own history on how it starts until what they have as today.

So..let's start our journey for today.

We take subway from Heohyeon Station to Gapyeong Station.

>> Route : Heohyeon Station (Line 4) ---> Dongdaemun Station (Line 1) ---> Hoegi (Jugang Line) ---> Mangu Station (Gyuongchun Line) ---> Gapyeong Station (Gyuongchun Line; Exit 2); Fare : KRW1,950

Outside the station, you can see a Tourist Information Center. If you have a doubt, just go and ask them. They will serve you friendly. So from the station we decide to take tour bus to go around Gapyeong attraction places. Just have to pay KRW5,000 and you can use the same bus to another attraction nearby such as Petite France and The Garden Morning Calm. Ohhh...please bare in mind you need to keep the ticket and everytime you want to ride the bus, you need to show your ticket. So...keep it safely! You can have the information on tour course here. Actually, you have few alternatives to reach Gapyeong Station. But since I want to enjoy some leisure plus this is a budget travel, definitely I will choose the cheapest mode of transportation. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ...For another alternatives to to to Nami Island or Gapyeong Station, you can refer at this Forum.

Entrance fee is only KRW8,000 (return) and you need to keep the ticket okay! Don't throw it to dustbin immediately once you reach Nami Island because you need to show your ticket once return to mainland.

For Muslim, you don't have to worry because Nami Island provide a room for us to pray. Maybe...they hear us ㅋㅋㅋ. Find this yellow building which is Nami Library and look for the the door next to this building written 'Musolla'. Go upstairs, and you will find this room.

What is the most regretful thing happenned today??? Hurmmm...first, I couldn't make it to eat 'Nasi Goncang'. Second, the leaves colour...not yet changed. So frust!!! Hahahaa...very the drama influence, kannnn!
